The wheels are manufactured with high quality mixture and
special bond, in grinding tiny cutting edges formed by breaking
of abrasive grains make the wheel having good grinding performance.
Due to high bending strength and low elasticity of the bond,
the wheel holds the dressed shape well to ensure the accuracy
of the bearing groove being ground.

Precision thread grinding wheels were developed as early as
1986 by us, and awarded by the Ministry of Machine Building.
We can supply such wheels with diameter up to 50mm, thickness
8mm to 40mm, with grit as fine as W10. Our wheels are used
in machining the thread work piece with a length of several
metres, they can also be used to grind tiny thread work piece
with diameter only 3mm.

As early as 1986 we developed the wheels for RC4 and other
tobacco cutting machines.

The wheels are featured in good performance and consistency,
due to uniform hardness, ideal structure and good balance
of the wheels, in grinding to burn or damage to the cutters.
